DATE OF SALE: To begin Friday, November 12, 2021 at 12:00 PM and conclude on Wednesday, November 17, 2021 at 6:00 PM. Lots will have a staggered and soft close.
BUYERS PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer's premium added to all bids and included in the total purchase price of ALL items.
PICKUP & PAYMENT: Pickup will occur Thursday, November 18 AND Friday, November 19, 2021 between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM (timeframe subject to change at the auctioneer's discretion). Property is located 2070 Winchester Road, Mt. Sterling, KY.
Payment will be due in full to HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC at the TIME OF PICKUP. You will have an option of PAYING YOUR INVOICE ONLINE (3% CC fee applies). Accepted methods of payment are cash, personal/business check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards (no debit cards accepted). There will be a 3% Convenience Fee added to all credit card transactions. All items must be paid in full before they can be removed from the property.
SALES TAX (if applicable): Kentucky Sales Tax (6%) will be added to the purchase price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding or will be charged the sales tax.
AUCTION END TIMES: Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions are timed events and bidding will close at staggered time intervals. Halfhill Auction Group Online Auctions also have an auto extend feature. If a bid is placed in the final 2 minutes of the auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 2 minutes from the time the bid was placed. For Example: If an auction scheduled to close at 4:00 PM receives a bid at 3:59, the close will automatically extend to 4:02 PM. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 2 minute time frame.

All property is sold in "AS IS, WHERE IS" condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Bidder understands and agrees that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc... will be allowed or permitted. Property is available for inspection at specified times and it is the bidder's responsibility to determine condition or fitness of purpose. Bidder's failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim refund, adjustment, or chargeback, etc.

NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE nor HALFHILL AUCTION GROUP, LLC SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON. Email notifications will be sent to registered bidders with updated information as deemed necessary by the Auctioneer.
Any dispute between Halfhill Auction Group LLC, its agents or representatives and the buyer(s) will be tried in a court of jurisdiction in Fayette County, Kentucky. By bidding on the property, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth.
Halfhill Auction Group, LLC reserves the right to alter this agreement at any time. This will take place by updating this site. Please check back and review these terms and conditions as every time you use this site you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as they were written at that time.
BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following: (1) Prosecution, (2) loss of bidding privileges with Halfhill Auction Group.
If a bidder fails to communicate with the auction company regarding payment or pickup, the credit card provided by buyer will be charged within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time. Other charges may apply depending on items.
If a bidder at any time feels his/her username, password, or bidder number has been compromised due to lack of security by the bidder, notify the Auctioneer immediately.
